Lies by Michael Grant (Gone#3)

Title: Lies (Gone#3)
Author: Michael Grant

It’s now been seven months since everybody over the age of fifteen in the little town of Perdido Beach, California, disappeared.  Poofed.  The kids have survived attacks.  They’ve survived hunger.  But can they survive what waits for them now?

A dead girl is supposedly walking the streets at night.  A fire, set by Zil, leader of the Human Crew, the group of normals against the freaks, has ravaged the town.  Tensions are rising between normals and freaks.  And could it be?  The boy that Sam fears the most, the boy that is surely dead, can’t possibly be alive; the boy of his nightmares: Drake walking the streets amidst the flames?  And amongst all this chaos, Orsay the prophetess, who supposedly walks dreams, and her friend Nerezza spreading rumours like wildfire that death is the answer, the only way to escape the FAYZ.  But are the kids really that desperate to die to escape this world they are trapped in?

Marshmallow thoughts:~
It's been months since they were trapped in the FAYZ, The Fallout Alley Youth Zone. In the previous book, Hunger, the kids are starving each day. In this book, though the food is scarce, they were not as starve as before. Albert, as always have been the one who still keep things running when everyone is out panicking. Though he have that trait that is quite important when in need, I still think he is selfish though. But at least he is better at the end, not quite but better.

As it has been in the two previous books, the plot is always interesting, fast and keeps making you turn the pages. It's exciting and keeps me on the edge of my sit!

All the burdens and responsibility finally make Sam has his breakdown. He ran away and distance himself from everyone, especially Astrid. Though it sounds quite irresponsible and selfish, no one can really blames him. He is only 15 anyway. With all that burden and expectations, it's a wonder he didn't beak down earlier. I am quite relieve though that he went away. He finally has a break time and Astrid too, finally reflect on her mistakes. I like Astrid more in this book. She finally work out a system and though it's not perfect but at least it's going to hold them for a while longer. Who know what will happen next anyway? Seems like everytime they are holding it together, they will be thrown into something else and things broke down again.

I love the different point of view in this series. It's rare that you got to read the POV of different characters. So it really makes this book unique.

Caine hadn't done a lot in this book. Mostly he just manipulate people to do his work, as always. This time it's Zil. Zil was furious because he was manipulated. Nothing he could do anyway with Caine's power up his nose. I'm feeling quite sorry for Diana, Caine's girlfriend. She is tired of it all. I actually admire her for her braveness though sometimes I think she's a fool for following Caine at the first place. Caine, I think he is screwed up, like most of the people in this book. I really feel like going in there and knock them all up and stop them from all the stupidity and immatureness. But first, I will have to survive and don't go crazy in there.

Overall, this book is my favourite from the first three. The plot are more aggressive and I can't wait to read the next book. Hell, I actually can't wait to read the last book to know where this story is going. Michael really sew up a great story. To you guys who haven't read this book, you are missing a lot. Gone is that rare kind of book that can easily stand beside Harry Potter, Percy Jackson, Hunger Games and such.
With that, be Gone now.

Follow Friday (#9)

Have you had a character that disappointed you? One that you fell in love with and then “broke up” with later on in either the series or a stand-alone book? Tell us about him or her.

I don't really know any character that I ever fall in love with and broke up later. I don't care if they are a baddie. Imma Slytherin anyway ;D. But maybe there is a character that dissapoint me. That would be Gale from the Hunger Games. He is quite selfish in my opinion. Then there's Draco too, from Harry Potter! Though I know I don't need to tell you for you to know! :D He dissapoint me by doing nothing at the end. He runs away!
But I will still love him though! :D

So it's Friday and tomorrow's Saturday! Happy Friday to you guys!!
BTW you guys mind liking my fb page? You can find it here. Thanks!

Drop your links and I'll pick it up later!!

Faith, Hope and Ivy June by Phyllis Reynolds Naylor

Title: Faith, Hope and Ivy June
Author: Phyllis Reynolds Naylor

Ivy June Mosely and Catherine Combs, two girls from different parts of Kentucky, are participating in the first seventh-grade student exchange program between their schools. The girls will stay at each other’s homes, attend school together, and record their experience in their journals. Catherine and her family have a beautiful home with plenty of space. Since Ivy June’s house is crowded, she lives with her grandparents. Her Pappaw works in the coal mines supporting four generations of kinfolk. Ivy June can’t wait until he leaves that mine forever and retires. As the girls get closer, they discover they’re more alike than different, especially when they face the terror of not knowing what’s happening to those they love most.
Marshmallow thoughts:~

Ivy June lives with her grandparents at Thunder Creek, Kentucky. Her family is poor but she is accustomed to it. Ivy June lives at her grandparents house because her parents house is too small and her sister is whining for a room of her own. The people in the area are rather poor and most man work in the mine. Everyday, Ivy June walks miles to school. Their house doesn't have phones and bathrooms. Instead, they have an outhouse or a pot that they use in case of and urgent during the night.

Catherine on the other hand is a daughter of a rich family. Her family owns a big, steady house with 4 bathrooms. She is driven to school everyday. She is not boastful or snobby like the people in Thunder Creek assumes her to be. Instead, she is a fairly polite girl and she is at all, not snobby.

Ivy June and Catherine Combs signed up for an exchange program. Ivy June spends a rather good time at Catherine's place. There's sometimes a misunderstands but is was all worked out.
During Catherine's stays at Ivy June's place, Catherine feel quite uncomfortable living there. She is trying not to be judgmental, but the place is puzzling Catherine's out.
The story were sometimes told through their journals. Both girls learn to be understanding and appreciate their family.

One day, a tragedy struck and Catherine is anxious to hear from her mother. Despite her protests, her parents won't allow her to come home. All Catherine can do is wait. Just as things starts to get better, a tragedy struck Ivy June.  Catherine stays by her side even though she is supposed to come home earlier. As both girls are anxious to hear from each other families, they found that they have more things in common than they ever thought.

It is quite refreshing to read this book. I like the settings and scenes in this book. The tragedy though, is quite predictable. It seems quite unreal for me. The friendship between the two girls are also quite abrupt. They were so understanding despite their backgrounds. But overall, I like reading this book. Recommended to anyone who need some fresh read after all those horror and mystery.

Cover Reveal of Black Oil Red Blood

Title: Black Oil, Red Blood
Author: Diane Castle
Genre(s): Murder Mystery, Legal, Thriller
Published: 2012 by Wishlist Publishing

Synopsis:
The thing about cancer is it’s hard to prove somebody gave it to you on purpose—but Chloe Taylor can prove it. In fact, she proves it for a living. She sues oil refineries that would rather save a buck than comply with safety regulations designed to do important things like, you know, keep people alive.
Chloe had a successful career until circumstances forced her to move to the bass-ackwards town of Kettle, Texas (human population: 4,000; gun population: 34,356). Big Oil industry giant PetroPlex employs half of Kettle’s population, and there’s no question the judge in the town’s got oil stains on his hands. It’s no wonder she’s been on a losing streak lately. She suspects she’s been litigating on an uneven playing field, but when her star expert witness turns up dead less than 48 hours before a make-or break hearing, she knows.
What she doesn’t know is the key piece of information that got her expert killed. It turns out PetroPlex is harboring a shocking secret—one that has the potential to skyrocket gasoline prices, spark an energy market meltdown, and trigger riots, chaos, death, and destruction on a global scale. Chloe must discover the secret and expose the villains before she is permanently silenced, all while juggling a troublesome ex-fiancĂ© and a tantalizing new flame along the way.

Excerpt One:
I didn’t even know how to use a gun before yesterday, and I certainly hadn’t become a
crack shot overnight. That didn’t bode well for my chances of survival at the moment —
especially since I was currently staring down the wrong end of somebody else’s barrel. What
was I supposed to do? Duck? Shoot first? Run?
Maybe the decision would have been easier if I hadn’t loved the guy pointing the gun at
me. I watched his trigger finger tense as the smoky, toxic air around us seemed to grow even
thicker. Walls shook and the floor rolled beneath me as an explosion thundered through the
building. The PetroPlex flagship oil refinery was fast on its way to becoming nothing but a
memory.
The doorframe buckled before my eyes—my only means of escape. Sharp orange
tongues of flame lapped at me from above, sending down a rain of fiery particles as acoustic
ceiling tiles disintegrated overhead.
That’s when I knew that gun or no gun, I was going to die.

The Owl was Stucked In my Mail!!

So about a million suns ago, I sign up for Pottermore. Like everyone else, I was waiting for so long to received my letter. But unlike everyone else my owl has actually arrived on the day I signed up! But I didn't know that. I thought it was just a confirmation letter so I just left it there.

One day I went to a Goodreads group and I am so frustrated because everyone else already receive their letter! So I went to my mailbox again and open the I-thought-it-was-a-confirmation-mail and open it. In frustration I finally figure out how to sign in and set up my account!!

Yay! So go add me guys!

Done shopping. Wanna see my wand? Here it is !

And I am proud of it! Wish I could snatch it out from the screen..

Arriving to chapter 7...
Guess what house I'm sorted to?
Imma Slytherin!

At first I don't know whether to cry or not. Then I thought, I take the quiz honestly so I am really a Slytherin. A few words from Rowling helps too. During the quiz, I nearly fall from the chair from laughing because the very first question is really so ironic!

I've always been known to be tall for my age so the first question is not hard for me. How can I lie to myself? XD

Oh, did I tell you what pet I chose? Well it's a Ginger Cat!! I chose it because it's cute and also because... well because it's a Ginger!! XD I named it Fei Mao (Fay Maw) a.k.a. Fat Cat in Chinese. I am not really sure yet but for the time being I will call her Fei Mao!

It took me a long time to figure out how to play the Wizard Duel. After a few research and practise I finally figure out how to play it! So currently I scored 50 points for my house on the duel. When I dueled other houses, I am quite puzzled as they could get scores as high as 140 plus. While me, no matter how fast or accurate I played, the highest I got was just 131! Even that was just once.  So come on guys spill the beans! Tell me your secrets! :D
So now my journey in book one has come to an end. I am waiting for book two! But I will have to complete all my collections and see if there's anything else I can take first.

So did I tell you guys everything? I think I have and if there's more I will tell ya! So bye for now!
Add me guys! Don't forget to tell me in the comments who you are, too, kay?? ;D

See ya!
I'm Slytherin away!

Follow Friday (#8)

Yeay! It's time of that week again!
Follow Friday! :D

Oh hello again everyone! Nice to meet you again! I'm quite happy and bubbly today as I finally gets some rest after a week of rushing and tumbling of projects and homeworks! Whoo~ Even saying it makes me tired. So without further ado, let's rollin'!

Fight! Fight! If you could have two fictional characters battle it out (preferably from books), who would they be and who do you think would win?

Oh that sounds so cruel. I can't imagine Harry Potter and Percy Jackson fighting each other. But I did thought of it before and I don't like it. I like it more if they join forces and defeat the dark! Yeah! XD

I've heard a lot of jokes  about Dumbledore fighting Gandalf too. That thought is quite unsettling as many people is siding the Gandalf. But nevermind. Dumbledore have a strong forces so I know we will win! :D

So it's Friday (finally) and tomorrow's Saturday. :D
Happy Friday everyone!

PS I put a song on my blog and it plays automatically. If it's bothering you just tell me. ;D
BTW, how are you liking my blog design? I hope it doesn't looks to colourful or crowded or whatever.
I also put up a poll weeks ago which you can find at the right sidebar-->>
Looks like many people are choosing Hogwarts! Yeay! XD

Follow by email and GFC or Network Blog!

So who's your heroes?
Leave your links and I'll pick 'em up! :D

Book Trailer:

Book Excerpt:

I sat up and followed Calixta’s gaze upward. I rubbed my eyes. I didn’t know what I was seeing at first. A statue? My brain refused to snap together coherent thoughts.  I didn’t realize I’d fallen so close to one of the garden benches until I stared up at the boy that sat on one. He was strikingly beautiful. His tumble of blonde hair curled just above his sculpted cheekbones. He wore a silk shirt and a loosened cravat, like he’d become bored while dressing and decided to leave himself in disarray. His ivory skin and frozen position was what had me mistaking him for something carved from marble by Michelangelo. Then he sighed—a lonely, breathy proof of life. If I had to imagine what Lucifer looked like before he fell from heaven, the boy on the bench would certainly fulfill that image. My brain told me I had to look away, but I couldn’t.
“Luka,” Calixta said again, her voice unsure, almost nervous. It no longer contained the steel and bite she had threatened me with, which made me wonder who the boy was.
He leaned on his hands and crossed his legs, all the while keeping his eyes fixed on the night sky. His movements spoke of elegance and control. I’d encountered many people with breeding before, but his took on the air of arrogance and self-assuredness of someone used to getting what he wanted when he wanted it.
I only realized I’d been holding my breath when my lungs protested. I exhaled. My heart sputtered and restarted with a vengeance. Luka tore his gaze away from the stars and settled it on me. I’d expected pitch-black irises, like the other Night Students, but blue ice stared back at me.
“Human,” he whispered.
He reached out, and with a finger, followed an invisible trail down my cheek. I stiffened. His touch, cooler than Demitri’s, caused warm sparks to blossom on my face. He lifted his finger to his lips and licked its tip. He might as well have licked me from the way my body shivered.
Luka’s curious gaze held mine. “Leave us,” he said, but not to me.
“But—” Calixta protested like a spoiled child.
He spoke in a language I hadn’t heard before, remaining calm yet firm. The words had a rolling cadence I couldn’t quite follow, like rumbling thunder in the distance. They contained a harsh sensuality. The consonants were hard and the vowels were long and lilting.
Footsteps retreated behind me.
Luka reached out again.
It took me a minute to realize he wanted to help me up. I hesitated. He smiled. I smiled back timidly and took his hand, completely dazzled. Even with my uniform soaked from melted snow, I didn’t feel cold—all my attention was on him and the way his callused hand felt on mine. Without moving much from his seated position, he helped me stand.
“What’s your name?” he asked. He had a voice like a familiar lullaby. It filled my heart to the brim with comfort.
I swallowed and tried to stop gawking. “Phoenix.”
“The bird that rose from the ashes.” Luka bent his head and kissed the back of my hand. “It’s a pleasure meeting you.”
My cheeks warmed. My head reeled, not knowing what to think. I couldn’t understand why I felt drawn to him. And the strange connection frightened me.
From behind, someone gripped my arms and yanked me away before I could sort out the feelings Luka inspired in me. I found myself behind a towering figure yet again. Recognizing the blue-black silk for hair tied at the nape, relief washed over me. Calixta hadn’t come back to finish me off.
Demitri’s large hand wrapped around my wrist. Unlike the night before, no calm existed in his demeanor. He trembled like a junky in need of a fix. The coiled power in his tense muscles vibrated into me.
“What are you doing here?” Demitri asked.
I didn’t know he’d spoken to me until I saw his expressionless profile. I sighed.
Phoenix.”
I flinched. The ruthless way he said my name punched all the air out of me. “You owe me answers,” I said with as much bravado as I could muster.
“I owe you nothing.” He glared. “In fact, you owe me your life.”
“I don’t think so.”
Ignoring my indignation, he faced Luka, who’d remained seated on the bench during my exchange with Demitri. “Why is she with you, Luka?”
“I wasn’t going to taste her, if that’s what you’re implying,” Luka said. “Although, she is simply delicious. I wouldn’t mind if you left us alone.”
There it was again. Taste. The word that kept coming up between these Night Students and I was connected to it in an increasingly uncomfortable way. To taste meant to sample, but what? My flesh? They had to be joking because the alternative wasn’t funny.
“The sins of the father …” Demitri left his sentence unfinished.
Luka’s smile shifted into a snarl. “Obey my command.” His chin lifted. “Kneel.”
Demitri’s stance went rigid. His grip tightened around my wrist.
Okay, weird just got weirder. Why would Luka want Demitri to kneel before him? I thought back to Eli and the others bowing to Demitri when he questioned them, but they didn’t kneel. Seriously? Were they all living on a different planet or something?
Kneel.” Luka’s detestable smirk made his features sinister rather than angelic. The real Lucifer: a fallen angel.
Without letting go of my wrist, Demitri knelt down on one knee and bowed his head, his free hand flat at the center of his chest. “Your command has been obeyed,” he said formally.
Luka nodded once.
Demitri stood up and pulled me toward the school without telling me where we were going. Not having the time to thank Luka for saving me from Calixta, I risked a glance back. Luka smiled at me. His smile spoke of whispers, secrets, and promises to be shared on a later date.

My Top Five Most Favourite Male Fictional Characters!!

Everyone have their own favourite male fictional characters.  I wish I could meet all of them! Meet them as they are in the characters, of course. That's how we love them isn't it? Through the books.
Honestly, I really have a hard time trying to choose who are my most favourite. I love them all and all of them are my heroes! :D But here are are the heroes that managed to save me from my slumber and I can never forget them. :)

(In no particular order!)

Harry Potter, of course! I am a big fan of the Harry Potter series. :)

Yay! Percy Jackson! This series can be so funny! I especially love Percy for his hilarious comments and I can really relate to his feelings.

*ehem, ehem* I know, I know. But I'm not in this Team Peeta or Team Gale thingy okay. I love Peeta for his charm and though he might look weak, he is actually smart and quick thinking.

Whooop! The prince, the hero, the leader!
Peter, the eldest in the family. He is dependable and most importantly, good at swords!

Lastly, the hero I recently met, Sam, from the Gone series.
I am totally in love with the Gone series! There are many characters in this book but Sam is my most favourite. :)

So you have met my heroes! What do you think? I really want to know who is yours! I would love to meet some new heroes!
Cheers!

Nikolas and Company by Kevin McGill

Title: Nikolas and Company- The Merman and The Moon Forgotten (Episode One)
Author: Kevin McGill

Nick lives in a time when one can extend their life indefinitely through cerebral downloads, zip from country to country in hovercars, and have every whim taken care of by the ever faithful nannydrones.
Nick hates it.
Aside from the refugee camps, overpopulation, and unchecked consumerism filling every city across the globe, Nick just doesn’t belong. That is when he hears the voice of a woman:
“The Rones lie about their true intent. They enter the city of Huron at the peril of us all.”

Marshmallow thoughts:~

The story takes place on the futuristic Earth. I found the Earth to be quite boring and slow. The readers would definitely understand and sympathize with Nikolas and his desire to leave the Earth. Me too, would not want to live there. The world is filled with all kinds of creatures. My favourite is the Merman! The Merman in this story is different and not like any other mermaid you have read.
I am captivated by the world of Mon. Too bad though I haven't got to experience it. Hope I will know more about it in the next book.

The Merman and the Moon Forgotten is at first start out slow but things start to get interesting when they are about to set out for the adventure. The story is different from any other books that I've read. In a good way of course. It's quite refreshing to read this book. The story ends in one hell of a cliffhanger and I can't wait to read the sequel.

Excerpt:

“Greeow!” the mist cried. Lir reeled in a black mass with hundreds of red eyes and an acrid smell. The harpoon tore through its stomach, and the creature burst into filthy smoke as it tumbled over.
“What are they, sir?” Yeri said. The monster had been so close Lir could have hugged it, yet the fog hid its shape.
Lir looked ready to speak, but his mouth stayed shut.
Red eyes appeared before them. Lir cocked the whip. Suddenly another creature grabbed the cord from behind and Lir was dragged to the back of the coach. At the last moment he anchored himself into an exposed ribbing. “Gaah!” He cried. His tail was being shredded by the stony ground underneath.
With the whip still in his hand, the merman’s muscles exploded from neck to shoulder as he flung the monster ahead of the stagecoach. Monstrous screams were cut short by the solid end of a spruce tree.
Lir heaved himself to the seat and pointed to an outcropping. “Just beyond Constance Cove, that’s our destination.”
“Lesterton’s Point sir? But—”
“Trust me, Yeri.”
The horses swung right and seaward.
“Sir. There is nothing here but ocean below.”
“Ride hard, sir.”
“But the cliff?”
“Do not stop!”
The stagecoach leapt into the gut of mist, leaving the ground behind. The horse reached out with its forelegs for hope.
“Sweet Huron!” Yeri yelled.

Hunger by Michael Grant (Gone #2)

Title: Hunger (Gone #2)
Author: Michael Grant

It's been three months since everyone under the age of fifteen became trapped in the bubble known as the FAYZ. Things have only gotten worse. Food is running out, and each day more kids are developing supernatural abilities. Soon tension rises between those with powers and those without, and when an unspeakable tragedy occurs, chaos erupts. It's the normals against the mutants, and the battle promises to turn bloody.
But something more dangerous lurks. A sinister creature known as the Darkness has begun to call to the survivors in the FAYZ. It needs their powers to sustain its own. When the Darkness calls, someone will answer -- with deadly results.

Marshmallow thoughts:~

Yay! I absolutely love  this series. What I love about this book is that it has many characters with their own POV and I enjoy that as I always want to know how they feel. I finish this book in just one day and I keep thinking about it even after long finish reading it.

In the first book we know that people over the age of 15 will vanish and we also know that Sam and Caine (fraternal twins) survive the "step-over". No one for sure know where the "stop-over" will led to but no one dares to find out anyway. In this book they managed to survive by far but now they are facing another crisis-hunger. Food is running out and kids are developing power everytime. Kids are choosing sides between freaks and normal and at the other side of the town, Caine is forming a plan for a takeover after recovering from his own nightmare.

Sam on the other hand is handling many childish problems everyday. Though everyone respect and look up to him as a leader, but sometimes they do too don't cooperate. Gangs broke out, more people got killed, food become rare and it doesn't help that their food source is being guard by zeeks!
Though  Sam is being so moody and irrational sometimes but who can blame him? It's hard enough that he have to be a father over 300 plus kids, he also need to think about the threat from his brother, Caine.

It's quite sad actually to see Sam and Caine fighting and nearly get killed when they never even meet and act like brothers before. They never got the chance to know each other. When they first met they are already fighting. There's the part in this book that for a moment Sam and Caine are working together nd they are jut fine! I was really hoping they would become brother again but nah..that doesn't happen.

Overall, I'm falling in love with this book! Not falling but already are in love with this series! There's much more to know about the dissapearance of adult and more pot hole to be covered! I'm so gonna run to the next book after finishing this.

Katniss Everdeen, girl on fire, has survived, even though her home has been destroyed. Gale has escaped. Katniss's family is safe. Peeta has been captured by the Capitol. District 13 really does exist. There are rebels. There are new leaders. A revolution is unfolding. It is by design that Katniss was rescued from the arena in the cruel and haunting Quarter Quell, and it is by design that she has long been part of the revolution without knowing it. District 13 has come out of the shadows and is plotting to overthrow the Capitol. Everyone, it seems, has had a hand in the carefully laid plains - except Katniss. The success of the rebellion hinges on Katniss's willingness to be a pawn, to accept responsibility for countless lives, and to change the course of the future of Panem. To do this, she must put aside her feelings of anger and distrust. She must become the rebels' Mockingjay - no matter what the personal cost.

Marshmallow thoughts:~

Yay! Finally  I've finish reading this series! The first two series really make the tears streaming down my face but Mockingjay, I don't really know why but it's quite different and quite rush and didn't really got me hooked and made me want to read it on the dinner table.

In this book, Peeta has been caught and Katniss keep blaming herself for it. Katniss is no longer the strong kick-ass heroine like in the first two books but more to a disoriented patient in this third book. Though we can't really blame her for it because of what happens to her in the first two books but I really hope Katniss could pull herself more together and start kicking some ass again. What really bothers me is that in this book they aren't really much fight with the Capitol. I really thought maybe somehow Katniss will kill President Snow in the most vengeful ways and bring down Capitol. Instead their times are spend more to making propaganda and making videos and ads to convince people to their sides.

Things get quite interesting as I read through. At the third part, there's a lot of sad part and yeah, box of tissues are littered all around me. I cried when 'some' of them die and it feels so, so ,so cruel!! I feel like jumping into the book and wring the life out of the stupid President Snow myself and whoever kill those poor innocent people.

I would really love to know more about Annie. We barely see her in the stories and with Finnick so loving her, I would really want to know more about her. And Peeta, oh poor Peeta, I cried so much when Peeta came back after being rescued and...and...gah! Can't spoil it for you guys! :3

Overall, this book still are amazing. Though quite slow compared to the first two books and not so much happening, it  is still are amazing. :) Of course, however negative the review are on this book you read, with the very steeep cliffhanger at the end of book two would make you go running like a mad marshmallows on fire to the bookstore to find the third book to see what happens...

About Me

My Photo

It all happen, one day, when the sky is blue and the birds is perched high up the tree chirping their sweet shrill melody.
I was walking down the street humming a random song when I saw it....
The perfect, beautiful cover of a painting..

The bell hung on the doorknob give a tingling sound as I open the door. I walked toward the painting, mesmerized by the beauty of it. I stare at the beautiful portrait of a girl sitting solemnly on a chair staring out at the emptiness. She's in a room. A room filled with books. A stack of books piled dangerously high  near the shelf. The painting is so vivid and looked so real that I reached out my hand to touch the painting, ignoring the sign post shouting to not touch the painting.

As I reach out my hand to the painting, I could see the girl smiling. Or was it my imagination?
Suddenly, I feel like I'm being pushed and I could see the colour of the painting start to swirl and swirl and...

I can feel myself groan and my eyes flutter open. I try to sit while holding up my dizzy head in my hand.
I look around and was startled when I heard the voice behind me.
"You can't go anywhere. You have to stay here with me.Don't worry. I have a chair somewhere here." said the girl who was sitting on a chair solemnly....

Da da da da~ I'm thinking about writing about myself but I get carried on and didn't realise I haven't even talk about myself!
