It all begins with a stupid question:
Are you a Global Vagabond?
No, but 18-year-old Bria Sandoval wants to be. In a quest for independence, her neglected art, and no-strings-attached hookups, she signs up for a guided tour of Central America—the wrong one. Middle-aged tourists with fanny packs are hardly the key to self-rediscovery. When Bria meets Rowan, devoted backpacker and dive instructor, and his outspokenly humanitarian sister Starling, she seizes the chance to ditch her group and join them off the beaten path.
Bria's a good girl trying to go bad. Rowan's a bad boy trying to stay good. As they travel across a panorama of Mayan villages, remote Belizean islands, and hostels plagued with jungle beasties, they discover what they've got in common: both seek to leave behind the old versions of themselves. And the secret to escaping the past, Rowan’s found, is to keep moving forward. But Bria comes to realize she can't run forever, no matter what Rowan says. If she ever wants the courage to fall for someone worthwhile, she has to start looking back.
When I first read the blurb of this book, I know it's going to be a good one! And I absolutely adore this book!
I love how the author describe the place and I love how the author brings the readers to exotic and intriguing places I can feel like I am really there experiencing the moment with Bria instead of lying sprawled on the bed in my stuffy bedroom..

| I think Kristen draw this one! |
But things are really not adventurous enough though with the Travel Whatevers compared to the backpackers that she met when she got prank into going to Santa Lucia by Rowan, she soon learned from Starling.
She soon ditch her Travel Vagabonds party and joined Strarling and Rowan travelling. Then one day Starling just announced that she's going, leaving Bria feeling awkward to the furious Rowan.
I finish reading the last page with a big goofy grin on my face. I love and enjoy this story. The descriptions of the places and their adventures are so real that I can almost hear the waves lapping against the rocks or the sound of the laughing geckos... The books also have beautiful drawings and if I'm not mistaken one of it is drawn by Kristen herself! I love the drawing! The drawing makes me want to pick up a pencil and draw even though I don't really know how to! I shared some here for you guys to see! I will upload more of the drawings when the book is release! Check this book out guys! This book is highly recommended !
